Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tiny Wowo. This policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your order. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom, and also offer free local collection.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates and delivery times (United Kingdom only)

Standard delivery: £4.99 for orders under 1.6kg, £7.99 for orders 1.6kg and over. Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days. Free standard delivery on orders of £120 or more.
- Express delivery: £6.99 flat rate. Estimated delivery in 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and exclude weekends and public holidays. Occasional delays with our couriers are outside of our control.

Local collection

We offer free local collection by arrangement. If you choose this option at checkout, we will email you to agree a suitable day and time before your order is ready. Please do not attempt to collect your order until we have confirmed a time with you.

International orders

At this time we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future - please check back or contact us if you would like to be notified.

Order tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your order's progress.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at warren@tinywowo.com with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
